During hercareer, Barbara worked with nonprofit organizations (focused on human servicesystems development and operations), government agencies (including employmentand training systems), consulting organizations, and technology companies.
Inaddition to her work with nonprofit human service agencies and for-profittechnology companies, Barbara taught project management at local universitiesincluding University of Phoenix, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, andNortheastern University.
