Good, solid spiral rings. This book is heavy and bulky but no way around that with all of the information it holds I suppose...As always with Optum references, since I use them daily, I would love for them to come tabbed for quick reference. I'd rather spend my time reading and applying the info than adding tabs and sticky notes. Can't believe that I'm saying this, but I'd even pay a little more for a pre-tabbed version.
this was the exact book needed for the CCDS test as per the instructions. It has answers to some questions, so I recommend this book to those taking the CCDS certification examination.
